Subscriptions and Payments

Solfej offers subscription-based access to premium features ("Solfej Pro"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account, Google Play account, or payment method on file (via Stripe) at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until your current period expires. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.

Free Trials

Solfej may offer free trial periods for Solfej Pro. The following terms apply:

  • A free trial gives you access to premium features at no charge for the specified trial duration.
  • At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • You may cancel the free trial at any time before it expires to avoid being charged.
  • Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user. We reserve the right to revoke a free trial at our discretion.

Refund Policy

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google respectively, in accordance with their refund policies. For subscriptions purchased directly through our website (via Stripe), please contact us at shayanjavadi1374@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By using Solfej's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Solfej's privacy policy.

Most of the modern day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit.
